A senior business associate specializing in commercial and residential real estate transactions, Eric Tuy has experience in sale and acquisition of real property, probate and estate matters. He is based in the firm’s San Francisco office.

Practical Solutions for Real Estate Clients

Working with both purchasers and sellers, Eric’s practice encompasses all facets of real estate transactions. He works with the real estate group to represent property owners, developers, investors and lenders in major deals in communities across the state and beyond.  Eric helps his clients draft and negotiate contracts, including land acquisition and sale contracts for developers. A champion for his clients, he negotiates terms and specific deal points in various agreements, including lease agreements and amendments, with opposing and third parties. He has served as lead associate on condominium development projects, and has worked with numerous buyers and sellers from inception to closing of purchase and sale of residential and commercial property.

Prior to joining Archer Norris, Eric was an associate at Abrams Garfinkel Margolis Bergson in New York, NY. Before that he was with Weidenbaum & Harari, also in New York City. While in law school, he interned at Sedlmayr and Associates, a boutique entertainment firm in New York City.
