Sharon Collier focuses on trial practice and dispute resolution. She represents insurance companies, financial institutions, and a wide variety of businesses and professionals. Collier has extensive trial experience and has successfully defended her clients in cases involving class action and unfair competition claims, federal regulatory claims, personal injury, and intellectual property. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law (1999) and her B.A. from Lewis & Clark College (1993).
Colin Munro has taken over 60 trials to verdict. His litigation practice is characterized by his ability to distill complex legal and factual issues into focused evidence and advocacy. Munro specializes in complex trials involving multiple parties, substantial demands and a high degree of professional expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Law from the University of Witwatersrand, with distinction, (1989) and Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge in England (1991).
Kim Scala brings an insider’s understanding to her business law practice. Throughout her career, she has often played a joint business and legal role. This experience benefits clients who depend on her for legal counsel in a wide range of complex real estate transactions and business matters. Scala attended the University of California at Davis (J.D., Order of the Coif 1985); John Anderson School of Management at UCLA (M.B.A., Beta Gamma Sigma honors 1982); and Brown University (A.B., Magna cum Laude with Phi Beta Kappa distinction 1976).
Namvar Mokri focuses his practice in general civil litigation with an emphasis on construction, bodily injury, business litigation and transactional matters. He has defended numerous multi-million dollar construction and non-construction related matters to successful conclusion. Mokri received his J.D. from Western State University College of the Law in 1995 and his B.S. from the University of Southern California in 1992.
