Walnut Creek, CALIF., June 10, 2009 - Archer Norris announces the recent addition of lateral associates Kime H. Smith, Grace Lee, and Chad D. Greeson, in Walnut Creek. "Archer Norris continues to expand key practice areas with the help of experienced laterals such as Kime, Grace and Chad,"said Gene Blackard, managing partner of Archer Norris. "The current economic climate creates an opportunity for our firm to grow selectively as clients seek additional value and service from their legal counsel. This trend allows us to strategically strengthen our legal service offerings, which ultimately benefits our clients and us."

Smith has extensive experience in toxic tort case management and litigation. He has broad experience representing a diverse client base, including contractors, manufacturers, suppliers and distributors of various products and equipment.
