Bacon, Thomas S. Clifton, André R. Hill, and Michael B. Peterson in Walnut Creek, Todd A. Jones in Sacramento, and Limor Lehavi in Newport Beach.

Jonathan Bacon focuses his practice on construction defect and toxic tort litigation in cases involving residential, high rise and commercial projects throughout California. Bacon is President of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada and serves as a private mediator in multi-party construction defect cases and as a volunteer mediator for Contra Costa Superior Court's Martinez and Walnut Creek divisions. Bacon earned his J.D. from Golden Gate University (1981) and his B.A. from Ithaca College (1977).
Thomas Clifton focuses his practice on complex litigation in the areas of public entity defense, professional liability and reinsurance. He also works with nonprofits and worked for a number of years in academic administration at the University of California. Clifton earned his J.D. from the University of California, Davis (1982) and his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley (1976).
André Hill defends corporate clients in complex civil litigation, with a strong emphasis in real estate, construction defect, personal injury and environmental litigation throughout California. Hill earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (1981) and his B.A. from California State University, Hayward (1977).
Michael Peterson counsels business and corporate clients in real estate, solid waste, land development, health care, and high tech business, on a wide variety of matters, including complex purchase, sale, and lease agreements, entity formation, and other transactions. Peterson earned his J.D. from the University of California, Boalt Hall School of Law (1989), and his BA and MS degrees from the University of California, Davis (1980).
Todd Jones manages Archer Norris's Sacramento office, which handles a wide variety of civil litigation matters. Jones' general civil litigation practice has a special emphasis in construction disputes, construction defect and toxic mold cases, which is enhanced by his experience as a licensed California general contractor. Jones opened the firm's Sacramento office in 2005 to meet the litigation and business needs of the growing Sacramento, Central Valley and Foothill areas. He earned his J.D. from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (1998) and his B.S. and B.A. from California State University, San Diego (1994).
Limor Lehavi has a strong litigation background with a focus on insurance bad faith and coverage related litigation. She has successfully litigated insurance related issues in state and federal courts on behalf of prominent insurance carriers. Before becoming a U.S. citizen, Lehavi served as a Deputy Commander in the Israeli Defense Service, Intelligence Branch. Lehavi earned her L.L.B. (J.D. equivalent) from the University of Haifa School of Law (1995) and her L.L.M., cum laude, from the University of San Diego School of Law (1996).
