Eight Archer Norris attorneys, six in Northern California and two in Southern California, have been named by Super Lawyers magazine among the top attorneys in California for 2010. The selections, made by the research team at Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters business, rely on peer nominations and evaluations combined with third party research.

In Northern California, partners Jonathan C. Bacon, William H. Staples, Kenneth C. “KC” Ward, and Stephen B. Welch are among only five percent of California attorneys to be named to the 2010 Super Lawyers list.  William H. Staples was also listed as a top attorney in civil litigation defense in the Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition.  Partner Sharon C. Collier and Special Counsel Jonathan W. Thames were selected by Super Lawyers magazine for inclusion on the 2010 Northern California Rising Stars list.

Partner Robert F. Hinton was recognized on the 2010 Southern California Super Lawyers list and Partner Limor Lehavi was selected for inclusion on the Southern California Rising Stars list for 2010. Those named as Rising Stars are recognized as the top 2.5 percent of attorneys under the age of forty who have been practicing for ten years or less.
