In a recent New York Times article “Todd English, The Chef in Motion,” reporter Jeff Gordinier takes a look at what has made Todd English both a successful restaurateur as well as a target for negative publicity and legal issues.
Archer Norris attorney Gabriel Green is representing client Bestall Management in a case against English. Although a settlement agreement was reached in 2003 and payments were received until 2008, English still owes money to Bestall Management under the settlement agreement. As quoted in the article, Green explains: “My clients harbor no animosity towards him [English]…they just want to get paid what is owed. Frankly, they’re kind of dumbfounded.”
Gabe Green focuses his practice in the areas of intellectual property, franchise, real estate, and commercial litigation.
