Archer Norris partner César Alvarado was featured in the Recorder's online New Partner Slideshow and was listed among the approximately 300 attorneys named as partners in California this year.  César was elevated to partner this year with fellow attorneys Keith Gillette and Joseph Macha.

When asked what he wished he'd known five years ago, César replied "that hard work is only the foundation. It is a necessary foundation but you also need to get to know your clients, know what keeps them up at night, and know what their pressures and their objectives are so that you can work together to develop effective solutions."
