Probal Young is an experienced litigator with hundreds of successfully-settled cases and depositions under his belt. Probal has also sat first and second chair in several civil trials and binding arbitrations- not to mention the dozens of mediations where he has successfully represented clients.
A Litigator for All Cases
Currently, Probal defends the entire gamut of cases. He defends major corporations in personal injury actions, as well as defends landlords in landlord-tenant disputes and specializes in the defense of environmental (CERCLA, mold and asbestos) claims- as well as being proficient in construction defect developer and general contractor cases (including the recovery of Additional Insured responsibilities) and other civil actions, including but not limited to the representation of HOAs and other groups and individuals.
In addition to his litigation experience, Probal also represents several television personalities in the Los Angeles areas in contract and other negotiations, as well as general management and agent roles.
Experienced in All Aspects of California’s Legal System
While in law school Probal externed for The Honorable Robert P. Aguilar, Jr. in the United Stated District Court of the Northern District of California,. He also externed at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office of Santa Clara County. There, Probal second-chaired a two-defendant murder trial of a 2-year old boy and led several Preliminary Hearings on Felonies and Motions to Suppress.

Probal is an Adjunct Professor of Law at JFK School of Law, where he regularly teaches Remedies, Professional Responsibility, Appellate Advocacy and is the faculty coach of the JFK Moot Court team. Probal is also an Adjunct Professor of Paralegal Studies at JFK.
