The focus of Helen’s litigation practice includes representation of clients in lawsuits involving premises liability, products liability, personal injury and tort liability, and environmental law. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including initial case evaluation, strategy development, discovery and motion practice, alternative dispute resolution and trial. 

Committed to Children's Rights

In addition to her work at the firm, Helen is also keenly involved in the community. Her past experience includes providing direct nonprofit legal services on behalf of children in the foster care system in need of advocacy pertaining to their special education rights.
