Breach of Contract and Fraud – Obtained a judgment on behalf of Searay Development, with bankruptcy protections, for over $2 million (including both domestic and foreign attorney’s fees) for a foreign real estate developer in a breach of contract and fraud case related to project financing.
Brokerage Commission Dispute – Successfully represented Voit Commercial Brokerage and Grubb & Ellis in a dispute arising from the breach of a Commission Split Agreement involving the sale of a commercial office complex in Irvine, California. Following binding arbitration, the arbitration panel delivered an immediate decision awarding our clients the $121,500 requested during the arbitration.
Construction Defect-Related Personal Injury – Companion to a construction defect case, settled for a nominal amount a claim in excess of $1,250,000 alleging lung cancer and neuropsychological injuries due to mold exposure.
