Born in Sonoma County and raised in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Jasun brings his love for California and experience with family-owned business to his practice representing California family-owned businesses in regulated industries and otherwise.  A member of Archer Norris since 2001, Jasun has built his legal practice through representation of a wide array of business entities, including solid waste disposal and recycling companies, contractors, bars/nightclubs, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, insurers and private individuals in litigation and in complex daily transactions.  His experience representing business entities in regulated industries has lent itself to the firm’s burgeoning cannabis practice, which Jasun developed for the firm and now heads.
