An associate focused on litigation, David Marchiano is an alumnus of our Summer Associate programs in 2007 and 2008. He joined the firm after his successful participation in our educational training programs.

Influential Experience in Government, Insurance and Business

David interned in the Office of Legal Affairs for Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger. He reviewed and analyzed the decisions of the Board of Parole Hearings and made recommendations to the Deputy Legal Affairs Secretary. 

Before attending law school, David developed business expertise while working at a large insurance brokerage, where he was a licensed property/casualty broker-agent. He also worked on marketing alternative risk-sharing programs to franchisees. While at the University of Notre Dame, David was a marketing intern at LeapFrog Enterprises, Inc. in Emeryville.
