History of Commitment to Clients and Their Success

Before Archer Norris, Christina practiced general liability litigation in the Orange County office of a national law firm.  Prior to joining the firm, Christina gained experience as an associate in a respected Los Angeles firm, where her practice included appellate, general liability, business, real estate, construction defect and personal injury litigation.  During law school, Christina was a law clerk in the corporate and litigation department of a major insurance carrier.  Christina draws on this wealth of experience to better assess her clients’ needs and concerns; she knows their feedback is key to attaining the best possible result.

Christina Le's representative matters include:

  • Stripped plaintiff of key experts after drafting and successfully arguing specially crafted motions in limine, forcing the plaintiff to accept a nominal settlement on the eve of trial in a wrongful death case. Plaintiff’s demand prior to trial was in excess of one million dollars.
  • Developed evidence with the assistance of carefully selected experts to place the client in an affirmative liability position. This allowed Christina’s client to obtain a favorable settlement in a case where liability initially appeared adverse to the client for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a trailer failure case.
  • Received judgment on behalf of a commercial real estate brokerage firm at a commercial real estate arbitration over a dispute in commissions.
  • Obtained early dismissal of client after providing adverse party with evidence proving client’s irrelevance to case, saving cost and time.
