Juliet R. Jonas works in the financial services litigation practice area. She defends lenders facing borrower suits seeking to rescind or reform loans, stay foreclosures, and/or recover damages for alleged regulatory violations, including the Truth in Lending Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and various state unfair business practices and consumer protection statutes. She also defends lenders involved in lien priority litigation.

Juliet contributes to the trial and insurance industry practice groups at Archer Norris. She is a member of the On Call Trial Team which focuses on complex high profile cases. Her practice also includes general civil litigation, defending clients against claims of premises liability, personal injury, and breach of contract.
