From wrongful termination of employment claims to wage and hour disputes, Chad counsels clients on a wide range of employment-related issues. He specializes in employment claims involving pregnancy discrimination and pregnancy-related leaves of absence. To prevent litigation before it starts, Chad works proactively with employers to ensure all work-related policies and procedures comply with California and federal employment laws.
