Experienced in all aspects of civil litigation, Brian has represented national automotive and commercial clients in product liability and wrongful death claims. He has also represented manufacturers and distributors of both commercial and consumer products in personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims.

A Valuable Asset to Employers

A seasoned employment law litigator, Brian has handled claims arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and advised clients in cases involving breach of non-compete agreements, unfair competition, and labor code violations. He also has significant experience in representing employers in both federal and state litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, whistle-blower actions, and compliance under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining Archer Norris, Brian was a senior associate at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also served as a Deputy Public Defender for the Solano County Office of the Public Defender.
