He has also represented manufacturers and distributors of both commercial and consumer products in personal injury, wrongful death, and property damage claims.

A seasoned employment law litigator, Brian has handled claims arising under the Fair Employment and Housing Act and advised clients in cases involving breach of non-compete agreements, unfair competition, and labor code violations. He also has significant experience in representing employers in both federal and state litigation involving wrongful termination, discrimination, whistle-blower actions, and compliance under the Family and Medical Leave Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act.

Prior to joining Archer Norris, Brian was a senior associate at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also served as a Deputy Public Defender for the Solano County Office of the Public Defender.
