In fact, we have an official dessert policy in all four offices. Staff and attorneys gather each month to enjoy gourmet baked goods and celebrate birthdays, achievements and good times.

In the Best Places to Work survey conducted annually by the San Francisco Business Times,our employees told us that they are happy to be here.
Almost 150,000 employees from more than 350 Bay Area companies in 12 counties participated in an independent, third-party survey that ranks companies based on their employees’ ratings of work environment and corporate culture. Only 125 companies made the grade.
In 2010, Archer Norris placed at #24 on the list of 50 companies with 101-500 employees. Despite fierce competition from much larger law firms, Archer Norris was the second highest ranked law firm in this category.
